Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order items ship on the date stated on the product page.
Domestic (Japan)
Free shipping on orders over ¥8,000 (tax included). Rates below are per parcel and depend on box size, which is determined automatically by total weight at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the countries and regions listed below. Coverage is expanding.

We ship by EMS (Japan Post) / Yamato International. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on total weight.

Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Delivery usually takes 4–10 days after dispatch, though customs clearance may affect this.
Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
The amount you pay at our store does not include customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are paid by you, the recipient, to the local carrier on delivery. They are determined by customs in the destination country at the time of import, so we are unable to tell you the amount in advance.
Please order with this in mind. If a parcel is refused because of duties or taxes, it will be returned to us. In that case, the outbound and return shipping costs and any related fees are your responsibility, and will be deducted from your refund.
